You only other options are to arrange to go into a store and wait while they look at it or buy a new battery yourself.

This is code for, we don't keep batteries in store, can't order one in and KnowHow repair centre doesn't send out batteries to stores or customers, so if you want to get the laptop fixed you must send it away.
