Hi everyone,
Last Sunday I got an ipod nano for my Birthday this Saturday..
A rather 'gormless' sales person came over and we asked to buy one. He got out his pay terminal and after giving card details he said the connection had failed and to pay at the main till. We kept asking making sure out details havent gone through he said there fine.
Well today after looking at a bank statement.. We have been charged twice- £198 losing £99.. We rang the store directly and they told us to go in tommorow :mad:
Really not happy with apple at the moment
