I too was offered very good rates from Easy Finance for a £3000 to £5000. They requested a £40 admin fee before they could release the funds.
After some research I found the following.
Easy Finance is not registered with the FSA.
457 Manchester Road, Stockport is a garage and not a financial premises, this can be seen on a search of the premises with Google Maps.
Easy Finance do not answer any of the telephone numbers adverstised.
Luckily I did not pay the admin fee and i would suggest that no one does. This company is not legitimate.0 -
My sister suffered exactly the same problem with this company:mad:,they took money out of her bank account also.
I have done some research on this company and here are some details !
They are using 6 different trading names easy finance ltd, [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM],elephant loans, and a company called [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM], they are all operating from the same building in Stockport called "dale house".I have also used an IP address tracker for the owner of the email and lo and behold it is registered to a Tony Lynch at dale house stockport !
I have contacted trading standards with regard to this lot and they taken my details.
Anyone who has been conned by this lot should call trading standards on this direct tel no which is 08454 040506, call them now ! they will be very interested !!0 -
we have just dealt with easy finance ltd and they told us they were not a broker and that we had the loan guaranteed!
we were told to pay an admin fee of £40 they then took £49.99 from my bank.
we received the paperwork in the post today and found out that they are a broker and they cannot guarantee any loan or finance after they had told us the apr and payments, they also said all calls were recorded!
i rang easy finance today on 0161 4767801 or 0161 476804 and demanded they refund my fee of £49.99 back or i was going to go to my bank and tell them it was fraud ( which it was as they said fee was £40 ) she has now refunded my fee apparently! which i will check with my bank. they are abusing very vunerable people who have no idea what they are getting into, this company must not be allowed to trade at all!!!!0 -

Muggers and robbers have existed since the dawn of time. Do people really think if there is a pretty website on the Internet full protection should be guaranteed?
Not everyone is honest in the World, if you could walk up to a random stranger in a pub and offer him £3,000 cash as long as he gives you £50 now and "waits right there for an hour", how many people do you think would fall for it??
It's what you have done. You conducted zero research, you simply raced right in believing any old rubbish.
With bad credit, all the lenders are saying no but along comes this "too good to be true" offer and you jump right in.
The good news is "most" of the broker fees can be reclaimed, but it does take a little effort. Not too much but enough that most would rather rant than actually apply for the refund.0 -

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
i was scammed last year in Jan 2011 they phoned out of the blue and told me they had fully approved me for a £15k loan that i was looking for, they sounded genuine so i stupidly payed the £49.99 fee, they sent paperwork thru to me i filled it all in and sent back then i found a car i wanted to buy and phoned this company back just for peace of mind before commiting £200 deposit to secure the new car, they assured me i had the loan and not to worry so i payed the deposit, after a few day i rang back and again was 100% assured the loan was real and that "if they had taken a deposit then the loan was on its way" i asked who was lending the money and at the start they told me that they were lending but this time gave me basically payday companies that only lend upto £3k to £5k nowhere near the £15k i had been promised eventually i realised i had been scammed and was able to get the financial ombudsman to force them into refunding me my deposit but i still lost £200 so my advice is STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS THEY DONT CARE WHO THEY HURT AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR £50 FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!0 -
