Kitchen bath taps..need fully opened.

Hello.
Our kitchen bath taps have to be almost fully opened 3 or 4 turns to get water to flow,and then its very erratic. The hot water tap is working perfectly.

I had something similar, I took the tap apart, freed it all up and re-fitted it, now it works just fine."Nil Sine Labore" - Nothing Without Labour0
