What a load of rubbish! I arranged a redelivery for today of some concert tickets which is taking place on Friday night. I took a day off to wait at home for these tickets as getting them delivered to work is a nightmare. I haven't even gone in the shower yet in case they came and I missed them. Been waiting all day and nothing, zilch, nada. At one point the doorbell rang and so I ran to the door only to find someone wanting to read the meter......grrrrr.

Anyway, having searched for a phone number on their website and finding nothing I eventually managed to find a number on saynoto0870 (although the non0870 ones didn't work). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then plunged into a telephone abyss, duly called back and stayed on hold again.

When I eventually got through to someone she said "yes, we have a delivery for you but it was reported as failed" at which point I went mental. No one has tried to deliver ANYTHING today, not even bills. The "customer service" adviser said that I must be lying as they did try to deliver today, at which point I responded that they certainly didn't try to deliver at my house!

She offered me another delivery, and thus another day of hanging around waiting, but wait for it..... on the 9th. The bloomin gig is on the 8th!!!

And the part that makes me the most mad is that I get no choice about whether this company is used or not. I try not to book through seetickets as they always use them but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Sorry for the rant, I just had to get it all off my chest before I explode!!!!
