Yesterday afternoon I went to put the tv on and there was no power to our V+ box. I checked all the wires but couldn't get it working so gave them a call to explain that the box was knackered. They said they would log a call with an engineer and get one sent out to us.
9.30 this morning a cheery Virgin Media engineer turned up at the house, had a quick look at the box and swapped it over for a new one. I must admit I didn't expect them to come out so quickly so thanks very much Virgin

I must say that to date iv found their customer service fantastic. they are always really helpful and if something is their fault they admit it and then fix it.:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0

When I was a service engineer,we used to get given our faults over the phone,we called the office in the morning & we were given our work,This was recorded in a diary & we had 4 hours to respond to the fault after we got them.One thing of note tho is that all Service Tech's are all employees of VM & not contractors.0
