What's the going rate for snake oil ?
Why don't you post your pc symptoms in a new thread or amend title and I'm sure you'll get good, free advice here.
Meantime get malwarebytes , update it, then run it - http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Ignoring the amount of people I have seen that end up completely trashing their system with utilities like that, why would you want to pay for something you can achieve for free?

There are at least 2 people here who spring to mind who have the time to type long posts and talk you through things, they are alienrik and Hammyman.
Search for their posts and you'll be just fine in their capable hands.

No. There is far, far better free software out there - and free advice to be had here. These all in one PC utilities are usually junkware, and cause more problems than they fix. At worst, they'll be rogueware and get you worried about fake problems. It's a shame they feature so heavily in the top results of searches...

Since Closed has gone to the trouble of making the thread, you may as well follow it to eliminate a lot of possible malware and software troubles.

If you still have trouble, then afterwards post a Hijackthis log and describe the problems.

If you have hardware issues, then write them here and describe them as best you can, and someone will help.

    +1 for what RussJK said.

If a moderator is watching this can we please have Closed' how to speed up a slow PC thread as a sticky?
