Help? can I get my charges back even though my credit is sooooo bad!

Hi Everyone,

I have really bad credit and now I am trying to sort myself out, this is because I was a student and really couldn't afford to be!

Now my question is?
I have a barclays account thats closed but I owe money on- they must owe me about 3000 in charges!

Also I have a HSBC- I have had this one for yrs also!

Now can I still try claim back my charges if my credit really poor???

HSBC must owe me 1000's as well!

Or will I not get them back with my credit being so bad??

Suzy, you seem to have posted this thread twice.

In answer to your question, it should make no difference that you have a bad credit rating. The fact that the account is closed should work in your favour as they will not be able to threaten to close it. Follow the instructions at the top of the board to get the ball rolling.
