Have noted from previous unsuccessful applications of my own and that of friends who have applied that the DWP-DLA and its staff of adjudicators who look at applications "appear" not to like the criteria stated for DLA which emcompasses "suffering severe discomfort when walking" and do their best to ignore it, as despite putting it on my applications as an issue and "not" the distance might be able to walk - it is ALWAYS apparently ignored...???
Even quoted a successful Appeal in Law about it...still nothing!
Find it to be rather frustrating at times!!! :mad:0
