Panasonic TX26LXD60 LCD TV

I want to buy this model of tv as above.

Does anybody know where the cheapest place is ?

Comet will match the price of their website but only if i buy the extended 5 year guarantee

the price at comet is £649, on their website it is £599. But on ebuyer it is £502.

Is this good or is there somewhere cheaper.


Also is this a good model of tv and a sky code for it

Hayley, according to the reviews, this is one of the best 26" screens on the market. It won Product of the Year in this year's What Hi Fi roundup. It's also got a Best Buy rating in this month's What Video and HD magazine.

The reviews quote a price of £700 or £800, so the discounts you see are already pretty good. Will see what the New Year sales bring, I'm looking for one too.

I'm sure you're already familiar with the Froogle, PriceRunner and Kelkoo websites.

I imagine it'll work with your Sky remote control, using codes listed here:

Having seen the Panasonic remote control in a shop, there are several buttons on there that aren't on the Sky handset, which will be more of an issue if you intend using the Panasonic's DTT tuner.

The price from Ebuyer is very good. I note that John Lewis is more expensive but they may price match and thay include 5 yrs warrenty on all tv's
