not sure how to go about this?

Hi, I've had a number of loans and credit cards, mainly from Lloyds but dont have any documentation/agreements etc. Now I know I should have kept them but I've lost them over 3 house moves. all of these policies and cards have been closed so should I write to Lloyds asking them for details of all my agreements with them over the last 10 years?
I'm sure I sound a bit thick but I'm not really sure of any procedure or protocol for this sort of thing. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you still bank with Lloyds?

Do you still use the account, that the loans/cc were set-up from?

if that is the case, I would drop into your local branch and ask for this account information (account numbers, start/ finish dates etc).

Then download the consumer complaints questionnaire, read though it, fill it out stating your reason/reasons you feel mis-sold.

info, numbers and where to send the questionnaire along with a download for the questionnaire are here:

If you decide to call lloyds, ive found the less you mention ppi, the more helpful they are:D

  • thanks for this, do you mean the start/finish dates of the loans and cards and the agreements associated with them?

    Hi there,

yes, im pretty sure that you only need the start date for loans/cc when filling in the consumer questionnaire.
