It's mean to laugh but I did! In the short term could you have another document open and copy and paste whenever you need one of those letters (though if you're used to using keyboard short cuts and are on a mac you're stuffed!)? :D

Try picking the keyboard up and dropping it down onto the desk from quite a height - helps if you put some pressure behind it IYKWIM. Keeps happening to mine and I am also trying to get assignments done - very annoying!

Have you given it a good shake to see if there's anything dropped in there (like a choccie button for instance!)

Are you using IE? It's a problem with that as far as I'm aware. If it happens again just reload IE, or alternatively they will still work when you hold down the shift key (i.e. make those missing letters capitals)

I detest IE (always freezes). I use Chrome, Was strange but as my lappy was going into reboot mode, asked me to save my documents and the C worked, but not for web pages.. lol

pop down to your local supermarket, you can buy budget keyboards for as little as £5, if it is that important to you, i don't recommend slamming it either, more keys are likely to pop out. - I'm a qualifited I.T. Engineer

it maybe the keys have been snapped off the setting, by lo, if you can gently lift the keys off and pop back on you might be ok.. do you have an air canister or can you set the vacumn to blow see if anything is trapped underneath?
