Nice that you come on and your first ever post is to try to justify your company and use an annoying bold font. I suppose they are similar to drug dealers, they provide a service for the most vulnerable section of society, people on low incomes, benifits etc

FACT; There is a lot of letters sent re missed payments, reduced payments and arrears, however Shopacheque are legally required by the FSA to send these
If you work for them shouldn't you be able to spell the company's name correctly?

    Hi,
The agents for shopacheck are self employed - they get a commission on what they collect and I believe it is the same for provident. Although it may be possible to work for both firms it is highly unlikely as there may be a conflict of interests.

Not sure on the first part but not preaching, have you first enquired if there is a credit union in the area, it could work out cheaper and as easy to get, other than that then you have genuine reasons for needing them I guess so please be careful and hope all goes well.

I don't think they're allowed to work for both at the same time as my mum works for shopacheck. I think that even if they leave the company they can't work in the same area for a certain time.
