Just saw news that S&S have been found guilty of mis-selling.Their spokesman said these were techniques used in 2009 and are no longer employed. Funny that.I was persuaded to change in July 2010 by a salesman using these tactics.I regretted it almost instantly and have recently arranged to move to a fixed tariff with another supplier. Just had a call from them suggesting penalty charges although there is nothing in the agreement I signed. Anyone else have evidence that these techniques were still around after 2009?
