Eon/Tesco Clubcard scheme

Seems quite advantageous if you are an Eon/Tesco customer. Apparently, now you can exchange each £10 worth of Clubcard vouchers for £15 off your Eon bill.

    Hiya verntern :hello:

Just wanted to put a bit more info on this in case anyone needs it.

The original Tesco scheme is not affected by the introduction of the new Rewards trial of paying energy bills with Tesco points. If you're on a qualifying product, you'll still be able to earn points against your payments.

The new Tesco Clubcard Reward scheme is a direct response to customer feedback. Initially, it's for a trial period up to 5 August 2011 (although tokens don't expire until 31 August 2011).

Hopefully, if successful, the scheme can be extended beyond the current trial.

    Helena :)

£15 off your bill for £10 of clubcard rewards, no really worth it, there are much better ways of spending your rewards.

That was my thoughts. Devalues the clubcard points somewhat.
