Win a Nissan Navara pick up truck from DeWalt tools.

Just enter your details....

Sorry but I can't seem to find the end date or the T&C's for this competition :o

(As an afterthought I thought I'd just mention that a lot of competitions with motor vehicles as prizes require the winner to be in possession of a full UK driving licence so please bear that in mind before entering.)

Good Luck :)

Ok, it now appears that Dewalt have at last published their T&C's and despite having announced this competition on their website back in May the rules now state that
"The promotion will run from 1st June,2011 until 23rd October,2011"
    http://www.dewalt.co.uk/promotion/winatruck/terms/

Not sure about the legality of the situation but I assume that all those who entered before the 1st June (me included) will now have to re-enter.

But then again don't assume that anything is certain because rule # 9 states...
The promoter reserves the right to amend the date of the prizes if this is subject to change for reasons out of the promoter’s control and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will be found on the website www.dewalt.eu.

Maybe we could email the promotor to enquire if we are still entered.

Normally I would agree with you but the whole promotion seems to have been run very amateurishly, right down to the bad spelling in the T&C's, and I've lost confidence in DeWalt tbh.

Ironically, I worked for Nissan for 17 years looking after their web/& related customer queries.

You can't force people to subscribe - the law changed a few years back.

You can mail people until they say no without prior permission.
You MUST get permission first before texting or emailing people.

I guess they will argue that by filling out the form, you agree to receive these emails.

    Dodgy practice.

I just received this reply from them....

    Thank you for your enquiry.

I would advise you to re-enter the competition as I don't think your entry will be valid.

    Kind regards,

    Kelly Taylor

EDIT Just entered again and I got - "You have already been registered"

I,m gonna reply to the e-mail I got and ask them what the score is

Do it on their FB page, that way you get some innocent unconnected person taking the heat and keen to give it to the person it should be going to and sort out your issues ;)

Posted a question on facebook & got the following reply....

'we are looking into this issue. Currently your details are on the registration system so you don't need to re-enter the competition'.

    HTH.
