Advice on holiday credit card?

My wife and I are heading of to the Dominican Republic at the end of the month on all paid for inclusive holiday. We were on a similar holiday last year to St Lucia and it turned out we hardly required any cash at all but it was handy having a couple hundred dollars.
I don’t currently own a credit card as I recently paid off all my cards and chopped them up. Though I feel it would be wise to have one for this trip in the event of needing cash and mainly the protection side of things. So looking for advice on which card would be best, ideally something that has 0%.
Thanks

Halifax clarity credit card! Best Forex rates and 0% on cahs withdrawals abroad though you will be charged interest as soon as cash leaves the account. Just pay this off as soon as possible, charges are not high. I took out £100 worth abroad paid it back in 5 days and got charged 6p and got a good rate.0
