Hi.
Im with BT for calls and broadband.
Had the line for about 3 years now. Broadband i think about 7/8 months?
Strange thing is i havent been charged for my broadband since having it except starting from last month. I wasnt aware of being on any introductory plan and even if i was its usually 3 or 4 months free i see advetised.
Anyhoo last months bill was £74 and this months is £80!!!
I know it is my fault as i have been calling mobiles. My calls alone are £30. Its £28 for my net as i have unlimited as OH is an online gamer.
I was thinking of downgrading to the 40gb to save £10 and then to not use the phone and try to use my mobile where possible as its payg.
I cant do it online it says i have to ring. Can i downgrade under contract and are they likely to help me? I really need to reduce the bill lol!!
Thanks for your help.
