recruitment agencies advertising false jobs

I know what the op means. I work for an Agency and have done for nearly 2 years. In all that time, they have had the same shiftwork positions have been advertised within the Agency sionce the day I started.
Btw, you DO NOT have to accept an agency placement. Their own rules state this. The only exception is if the Agency is one of the scum agencies that use the 'Swedish opt-out' to avoid the AWR 2011. In this case, you are fully-employed by the agency as you would be if you were at a normal company, so you would be dismissed if you failed to arrive at an assignment.Never Knowingly Understood.

I've been watching this happen now for over a year, and they are sneaky, they know exactly what kind of jobs to advertise in what area to get the biggest response rate, and you see the same jobs relisted every couple of months.0
