H&M code stacking for bargains

twice they haven't bothered telling me some of order was cancelled as items went out of stock ..

and another because a £2-99 dress wasnt available till june and below the partial delivery order rate

Others have reported problems with returns!

i used a £5 code and when i returned a dress instore Cs told me she would have to deduct the £5 from the price of dress told her id keep it and sell it on ebay..as it wasnt fair as id kept the remainder of the order ..Phoned H&M and they said she had had no right to even say that it should be a full refund of item

Ordered 2 pairs leggings, oven mitts, and 2 cushion covers for £10.85 total after discounts. Shame we had to pay a delivery charge.

I too have made an order and so far so good but I'm not holding my breath that we will get it all in time for our holiday on the 22nd.

I got leggings for me, some for dd, denim shorts for dd, blouse for dd, 2 polo shirts for ds, joggers for ds2 for £27 inc delivery. Didn't think that was too bad.

Definitely not! Their delivery is notoriously slow as the items come from their warehouse in Sweden (or so their CS told me).

Weirdly, I found more items by clicking on 'View All' than by going into different categories.

i made an order a couple of weeks ago and it was here in about 10 days HTH people who are wondering, but i expect it will be a few days longer with the sudden influx of more orders. and i didnt have a problem getting a refund, took a day

I also made an order a few weeks ago and it took 10 days including the Royal Wedding BH weekend, not too bad IMO, I think the orders come from abroad.

I don't mind waiting for a month though, if these orders even get honoured (doubtful)
