What kind of questions? They should've emailed you if address was not coming up correctly? There wasn't much info to provide tbh :exclamatiEven time will never heal these scars0 -
hi can you please explain how this works, i have already made one order which i have received a week ago. When you say pay do you mean as in place one order and then place another new order with the 25% off?
how are some people getting larger discounts?
Hi!
Yeah, you have to place one order using the £10 and £5 off... Then place a new order using the 25% code (just straight afterwards your first one, or at least before the order is processing). The 25% off code and your new item is then added automatically to your first order, and takes 25% off the most expensive item. You can delete items in your order, and the 3 codes will still work. This is how we get large discounts:)
I'm really bad at explaining this, but hopefully you'll understand. Let me know if you don't!0 -
both my orders now are showing at the hub fingers crossed i receive them tomorow would really like to make another order
I wouldn't count on it. My order has been showing at the hub for the past 3 days but still no 'out for delivery'I hate Hermes, they always seem to take ages plus they normally just throw my orders anywhere on my drive.

Hi thanks for the reply, i kind of get it, but how do you delete the items in the order once its gone through. So basicly i place 1st order using the £10 and £5 and pay, then i make another order using 25% and pay?
What if i use another code with the 25%? anyone tried that..0 -
My parcel is at the hub - All discounts added - Hope by some miracle they arrive by Saturday! lol0

Yeah, it seems like you understand it now. They don't charge you before they ship the order, so you can add or delete whatever you want before the shipping status shows as processing. To edit your order, simply go to My H&M > View all pending orders > Edit (top right corner, just beneath the Delivery date line). I've got clothes worth £19.99 down to £3 something (included shipping!) using this method:)
I have only used one 25% code, not sure if it works with two... but great idea though! You should let us know if it works:D0 -

Hi,
The minimum spend is £6 + delivery of £3.90. So minimum spend = £9.90
Not sure how you manage to do it for £3 something. Can you advice me how to do it please. Or you can remove any item after purchase to be lower than £6 at the end? Do you get free delivery code as well?
How you bought is it something like... £19.99+(£10 discount)+(£5 discount)+£3.9 delivery...then you edit the basket later with 25% code=£5 discount
So end up paying for---> £19 - £5(25% off) -£10 - £5 +£3.9 = £2.9
something like that?0 -

I bought a jeans worth £19.99 - 25% - £10 - £5 = -0,01 + shipping £3.90 = £3.89. To get over the minimum spend I had to put another item in my basket, but I deleted it after I placed the order. It did go through and I have received my order, but I've heard of others who did'nt, so I guess you just have to be lucky. Its worth a go though:)0
