They're a business Id rather they continue to exist and payout where they can than payout on companies they havent recieved money from just to keep people happy and go bust themselves.

    I have 0.00 on

    Cascade Compare
    Compare Extreme
    Emmaki
    Opinion Surveys
    Search Chief
    Tinta Search
    We All Shop

I'm a bit philosophical about them, apart from Opinion Surveys. That one made me a bit cross, but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

    Good Morning,

I thought it would be best to post on this thread to advise you on the situation with the recurring earner transactions which have recently been declined.

Members should be able to see an icon on their Top CashBack account and brief notes on what has happened here, with a link directing them to our forum for a fuller explanation.

For members who are concerned about these transactions, whilst we have not received the payment, we are willing to make a goodwill gesture for these but would really appreciate that members claim 50% of the unpaid amount, which we hope is viewed as a fair offer for these no purchase transactions.

Should you have any other queries regarding this matter, then please feel free to send an enquiry ticket from within your account so that our team can try to assist you further.

    Kind Regards
    Clare

Too be fair, this is more then I expected. Cashback isn't ever guaranteed. I had Cascade Compare, but I think it was only 4p - not really bothered, haha. I'm still waiting for my £25.25 Sky player to payout. It only recently showed (although it says it should have paid already) recently so I'll give it time.

Thanks Topcashback, I claimed the 50% of mine today and it was credited & 'payable' within 15 minutes of my submitting a request. Well done TCB:T:T:T:T:T

TCB offer me £3.58, I asked for just £3. Maybe others of you can accept a lower offer just because it was free money in the first place and its decent of them to even offer 50%, where as other sites wouldn't offer anything.

Hi, I've just went in to my account and half the amount I had outstanding has gone, wasn't sure what had happened till I read about it on here. I won't claim it back but thanks TCB for offering half back I don't see it as being your fault.

A case of RTFM. Or perhaps RTFF.

TCB made it quite clear on 9/05/11 that the Affiliate Chief clicks were going to zero, but still offered to cough up 50% of the money if you asked nicely. All you have to do is open an enquiry ticket with the subject ‘AFFILIATE CHIEF RESOLUTION’ and accept the offer. Which is what I did yesterday and its been credited as payable to my account today.
  • for those who don't understand let me clear up Nick Clegg syndrome:

Nick Clegg: No one will vote for us. Lets sign a pledge to oppose tuition fees.
    Result: Get voted into government.
Action: Sorry can't deliver on my promise. Have a nice day.

TopCashBack: No one else will pay you but we will from our own pocket. We know we won't be getting the money from the merchants.
Result: Alot of people who used to use Quidco as their main cashback site changed to TopCashBack.
[for those who did switch I would appreciate you let us know]
Action: Sorry can't deliver on my promise. Have a nice day.

What they should have done is keep their word. I'm no politician but one thing about Margaret Thatcher was that you knew where you stood. "They lady is not for turning". Not any of this underhand deception.

    That's my opinion.

Can I ask, did you do a cashback claim or a general enquiry?

I have 4 different transactions that have gone to £0.00 do I have to do an enquiry for each please?
