I have a P60 and need to claim tax back.
With a P45 you fill in a P50, whats the correct form for a P60?

Can you not write to your local tax office, enclosing your P60? Its what I have always done.0

I could and I am happy todo that. But last time I did that with my P45 they sent it back saying I had to fill in a form....so I'm assuming there will be a form for it?0

Surely someone must know the correct procedure - it's a minefield trying to find any 'correct' information regarding HMRC, I wonder why?
I need to claim some back so I can put it towards paying more bills, shopping etc!0 -
I can tell you where to get the forms you may need to get back overpaid tax on savings without spending a fortune trying to speak to someone at the tax office.
