Had a funny old week.

Dad admitted to hospital on Tuesday so havent had time to anything for me or my money making quest.

I have booked to view three properties next week. Fingers crossed. I want to find the next project and get cracking!!! I'm starting to get twitchy.lol.

I'm not going hospital visiting today, I need a day off to catch up with myself, do some food shopping, and clean the house. It's a tip.!!!

Hope the property viewings are going well, how is your Dad?

3 bookings on the go ATM, one is a last min booking so hopefully paying in full and 2 will pay the booking fee's so should be a nice £500 in the next week or so paid in if all goes well...fingers crossed.

eBay has picked up slightly, not OTT xmas busy but enough to keep me juggling.

Planning on selling a few bits round the house in new year, already started on pieces I've found but it's so much hassle! Had a guy cancel on my twice, then promised he wasn't messing me around to only go and cancel a 3rd time and ask me to hold to the weekend...nope.

Alas...... dad has been diagnosed with leukaemia and has been given two months to live. I suspected this was coming. He has been ill for a while and quite frankly has looked dreadful.

He's out of hospital for now.

So........I cancelled the viewings and have cleared my diary. I will just put everything on hold so that I can help with his care.

So that will three family deaths in 2.1/2 years. Not easy.

I have been shopping today and put some Christmas meats and goodies for the freezer - In case things get a bit difficult. I'll finish the Christmas prep over the next few days although I'm guessing it will be fairly low key this year.

I will be back "after"......in the meantime if I don't get another opportunity I would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas.
