    Oh darnation !

However, they will honour applications on the old £50 form.

If anyone has saved a hardcopy of the old £50 on their machine, could they please PM / e-mail it to me ??

    Thanks !

  • Hi

Haven't posted before - not sure whether i'm in the right place!

Set up an A & L account for my partner, downloaded voucher for £50, he was also given one in his intro wallet for £50. Saw that site now said £25. Made an appt in local branch, presented voucher. They thought offer had finished but a telephone call confirmed that they would honour any existing vouchers for £50. I set up my account there and then and they gave me an intro wallet, inside which was a 'recommend a friend for £50 voucher'!

Thanks to whoever provided original advice - much appreciated. :j

Hi, I was in a branch today and I'm sure I saw POS with £50 on the offer still.

    Could be worth checking out.
  • I was disappointed to see they had halved the payment as I have got a couple of people interested, but if they're still honouring the £50 vouchers then everythings still cool.
  • My local branch had also kept a few £50 vouchers and gave me one last week when opening account.
I seem to remember someone in the forum offering to be the 'recommending friend' for anyone who was opening a new account with A&L. Is there anyone out there who wants to be my recommender?

Plenty of people in the referrers board. Most of whom will offer you an extra £40-£45 from the money they receive.
