Bizarrely, every few months I get a neatly packaged quantity of tissues, wrapped in newspaper, pushed through my letterbox.
It's not just me as I know my neighbour gets them too.
There's no identifying documents, no ads, nothing..just this little package!
I wonder does anyone know what this is about?!

Do you have a pet? I could see some angry neighbour doing this if you were spotted allowing your dog to poop on the street or in their garden without picking it up, as a (unsuccessful) hint. Not that you would do such a thing, Betty!0
