Inspiration and Advice Need to Replace Bathroom Mirror Tiles

Our house which we moved in to Dec last year has mirror tiles running alongside the bath, which we have found a chore to keep clean.
The previous tenants tiled all walls of the bathroom, but whilst regrouting was needed for the standard tiles which i done easily enough, these mirror tiles are a pain. They've been fixed on to the wall unevenly with no gap inbetween meaning rubbing a cloth over them catches and cuts.
We need to get rid of the mirror tiles, but don't want to end up having to retile the whole bathroom just because we can't find matching tiles to the existing.
I have no experience in tiling, apart from the regrouting of the existing tiles which i found easy enough to do.
Can anyone provide any inspiration or advice as to what we can do to make the bathroom look nice and be low maintenance, at a low cost?
I have attached a photo of what it looks like now.
The normal tiles are a pastel pink shade, the mirror tiles cover an area of 175cm x 89cm
