Has anyone tried this number, is it ok to use?

I only need to tell them of a change in circumstances.

When I tried this number last month it said that cause I was calling from inside the UK that it wouldn't connect me and to ring the 0845 number.

    Will try it again tomorrow

Whenever I needed to call them I would go to the jobcentre and use their phones there for free, also got picked up a lot quicker, normally straight away so not sure if they prioritise answering those calls?
