    When I tried this number last month it said that cause I was calling from inside the UK that it wouldn't connect me and to ring the 0845 number.

    Whenever I needed to call them I would go to the jobcentre and use their phones there for free, also got picked up a lot quicker, normally straight away so not sure if they prioritise answering those calls?
    Trying very hard to be frugal and OS - just plodding on and doing my best!
