New Flat Roof Quote

Just been advised that my flat roof needs replacing on 3 Dormer Loft Extension. This was built in 1991 so it has run a fair innings and it has began to crack in a few places.
Roof size is Approx 5m x 4m
Been quoted £1240.00 inc VAT
Price is for a 3-Layer Felt Roof –this includes for Scaffolding as it is quite high to the top of the roof – almost 7.5 metres – offered guarantee of 10 Years
Does this sound reasonable.
