Partner moving to UK from Netherlands - any advice?

Hi Guys
I am a single mum with two girls aged 7 and 9, and have been with my partner for 4 years now. He is Dutch, and has up until now lived and worked over in Holland. We are planning on him moving in with myself and the girls at some point this year, hopefully sooner rather than later.
I currently work 22 hours a week, which fits perfectly around the girls school times, and my partner will be looking for a job as soon as he moves over - he's not bothered what he does to start with, just finding a job is priority number one.
I have tried looking for information on how this will affect my benefits, etc - but can't seem to find anything on people from outside of the UK. I know that my council tax will, of course, go up because I will no longer get the single-person allowance. I also don't expect my partner to be able to claim anything like JSA, because he has never worked in the UK so hasn't contributed anything to the system, so it would be wrong for him to do so in my mind anyway. We have managed to save up some money between us to cover things such as the rise in council tax, and ofc the length of time it will take for a new tax credits claim as a couple to be processed.
Can anybody offer me any advice at all on people moving to the UK? Will my tax credits be affected because my partner is not from the UK? Will he need to get private health cover because of not having contributed anything over here? I am a bit (well, very) lost as to where to find any information and would greatly appreciate any advice.

The above is a link that shows you what he may be able to claim when here - the main one being income based jsa - which, will take your income into account and very likely disqualify him from it.
Re tax credits - you'll need to claim just like any couple - if his income is nil, then you claim his income as nil, and then a change of circ when he's working and earning.0 -
Hi Guys
Will he need to get private health cover because of not having contributed anything over here? I am a bit (well, very) lost as to where to find any information and would greatly appreciate any advice.
If he is looking for work then I think he will get free NHS; I'm not sure if there is a time limit though. Once he is employed here, he gets free NHS.
If he goes self employed or decides to be a student in the UK, then he will need to buy a comprehensive health policy.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
