  • Compost heap was done and some digging too.

Today I visited my mam for her birthday, and also DD1 to see her new puppy.

DD2 is with her dad and I am now listing ebay after watching the football, and we won again.

This is odd, as we are really meant to be rubbish.

Ds is having a kip, will wake him soon. Myself and the husband are off to the cinema tomorrow, have a free ticket.

The husband was very mse yesterday, he repaired the wii fit board and he also has bought loads of cut price meat to do a barbeque.

We had the rest of it today for lunch.

    Ker ching!

  • Ker Ching right enough. I should be listing as well but I cant motivate myself to move off my backside. I will in a minute. Even if I get it photographed and turbolisted by tomorrow night then I can shove it on on Sunday evening for 7 days and see how it goes. I've been sorting the stuff into e-bay and car boot bundles and of course my friend who has the tidiest and cleanest house in the world ,and who would never consider e-baying anything, turned up at my door. My house looks like a charity shop :o

CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)

    Loan 1 £1787
    Loan 2 £1683
    Total £8601 Was £39302
  • heck that's a lot for prescriptions! i'd have bought a pre-paid card (i have one for my asthma and happy pills) it's £10 a month so £120 a year....surely got to be cheaper than what you've paid out...and you can get refunds on what you've paid already if you have receipts i'd look into it!

Sounds like you've had some great days over easter :) and i finally got round to listing on ebay this weekend after seeing everyone else do it (and my pile grow stupidly huge lol) ;)

    xx

  • hi everyone,
Thanks for all the comments and hope your ebays are going well.
Yes I have the kids with me this week and am continuing with the ebay, DD2 has cleared out some stuff for me to sell. We made over a hundred pounds this week gone from old baby clothes and some sandals which nipped my feet, plus some other bits and pieces.

The free cinema ticket was nice, think we will do that again.

I shall photograph some more stuff shortly and then I will need some petrol on the way to get the husband.

This month I will have repaid all my HMRC money, so that will be another debt repaid.

Had DH on holiday last week so havent managed to do any debt busting more, but we have been mse. I just made some shepherds pie for tea and while I was in the fridge I noticed some mushrooms and asparagus which was on the turn... so I have made mushroom and asparagus soup too. That is mine, the kids and the husbands lunch sorted for tomorrow too.

Think I will decamp with the kids to upstairs a while and we can have a bit sort out see what else we can declutter and ebay.

28 items posted yesterday, 2 today and a bag to the charity shop. All heading in the right direction. x

  • Had a busy weekend thus far. Currently watching some football and listing ebay. My team arent playing this week, annoyingly so I am heckling other teams.

Am listing ebay, I have just photographed another 20 items. We are going to have a second sweep of decluttering and I am going to buy my husband a kindle, so he is going to sell all his first edition boring books. Some of these fetch upwards of 75 pounds.

They arent classics, its a niche nerd market.

Right hope everyone is ok, I shall pop back later with luck. x
