does any one know how to use mtbot in windows messenger as i carnt seem to understand how you get it in the chat box you are talking to the person so it can translate for me

it is a translator for windows messenger i talk to turkish friends and it should translate atuomaticly from english to turkish for me this is the link you will see what i mean http://www.microsofttranslator.com/user/bot/ but i carnt seem to get it to translate for me . i have followed the instructions but dont know wether im being thick or nor carnt get it in the chat person to person0
