disable parking fine

ive just got a £95 fine from gh2 freeport braintree ive been parking round the back for years and theres no mother and child parking i have three children ive asked at freeport and they said i have to pay what should i do pay i just think its a lot of money ?

and then ignore everything they send you, after a few toothless threat-o-gram letters they will give up

It's not a fine, just an invitation to pay them money that you do not owe. Ignore and they will eventually go away.

i hope your right its just that its a disabled parking space ive asked freeport to fax them that i was shopping and there was no mother parking spaces but they said i still have to pay so you think just ignore the letters

Disabled spaces have no meaning at all in the context of private parking, other than as a courtesy. The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land.

Same with parent and child spaces.

You should not contact them for any reason.
