4tickets and car removed in less than a month !

Hi all,
I am not sure what curse stroke me but I received 3 parking ticket, one camera and another ticket on a suspended bay + car removed, my bill is running to £265 + 3 PCN's (still I am contesting ) to cut short.

I parked my car on a pay & display near where I live thinking it was my resident bay, I am appealing as if the PCN didn't occurr, it's been alomst a month since still waiting.

Got parking ticket on Saturday easter thinking it was bank holiday, I am asking for mitigating circumstances, still waiting for their responce.

got a camera ticket for a right turn in which I shouldn't have, I haven't apealed as I cannot see under which ground.

lastly and the killer of all, I was parked on my bay, I didn't see 2 hours suspensions, what next is £265 bill to release the car, I paid and I am planning to appeal, the sign wasn't clear at night when I parked, the whole area is full of suspensions but different dates, and the sign itself can be rotated so it's not obvious you can see it as it mightbe facing the other side.
This is going to break my budge for my planned holiday, I still can't belive it, for two hours suspension my car was removed and I was asked t[IMG]file:///G:/DCIM/201CANON/IMG_0173.JPG[/IMG]o pay £265 to release it ! and the suspension was made for drainage in which my car was far away anyway.
I think they ( council ) are just racking money from us, even if you pay, they still can get more out of you.

First thing you will need to do is get onto pepipoo.com and register there. Post what you have done above and add copies of both sides of one ticket (assuming all same, only one ticket per post on pepipoo) remove personal data but leave dates. Also pics of all signs lines bays pertaining to the problem. Very few London (assuming london) suspended signs are approved.
