Complaint being ignored

I have bought Country Life butter for years, but a block I bought recently when opened was margerine. This is the second time it has happened, the last time I just threw it away, about four blocks, not a moneysaver then 
This time I emailed them, I had an initial response asking for best before date etc, I emailed back explaining hubbie had put it in butter dish so I no longer had wrapper, but I was happy to return butter to them. They have ignored me since then.
Is there anything I do without the wrapper?
