Bank charges

Hi everyone i am new to this but would like some advice about online shopping and bank charges. I shop at asda on a weekly basis as i am disabled and on benefits and find this the easiest way for me to do my weekly shop. however, when asda deliver my shopping they then take the correct amount of money out of my account but don't cancel the first request they made for money from my bank account from my original order. this often leaves me overdrawn at my bank and therefore a charge is made by the bank for going overdrawn. I run a very tight ship as i have to being on benefits and cannot afford this mistake. Asda say it is the banks job to cancel the first request for money and the bank say its down to asda to me its asdas job to do this once the final amount has been agreed. I can't seem to get anywhere with this as the bank think i should have plenty of money in my account to cover this ha i like to see them manage on benefits. please can anyone give me some sound advice as the thought of trailing around supermarkets again is something i can't do anymore. Thank you
