Cache viewing query

I use a cashback website and as a precaution have always made screen captures of the Internet cache for any transaction. That way, if there's any dispute about it failing to track, I have the on-screen evidence of the referral links used.

With Internet Explorer, it's been easy enough to see the cache history via tools / options etc. But I recently switched to Firefox. And I can't seem to find a similarly quick way of viewing the cache.

Advice appreciated -- thanks. (I'm using Firefox 3.6.17, not the latest v4.)

I'm using Firefox 4, maybe it's similar to Firefox 3.6.17.
Open another tab and type about:cache into Firefox's URL window, see if it gives the option 'List Cache Entries'.
