I have it from a relaiable source that this offer will be coming back next week! It's an exclusive deal with compare and save so worth keeping an eye out for I missed out last time so emailed them and got a response last week.

Having the same problem and have not yet received my prepaid cards Was sort of relying on that money to help towards my new flat essentials.

Anyone else had this? Should I respond? Seems shifty to me.

Had the same. Could understand it if I was not registered at the address / no credit history but it smacks of a tactic. Relying on you not bothering for the sake of £5.

Maybe they would refund my £10 if I decide not to go ahead

Just got my cards in the post (one for me and one for hubby!) shame you can't activate it online! It's going to cost money to get it activated as I'm not with orange!!

Got mine today and activated no prob :beer:
Checked the balance shows £5 so will put it away and wait for the next time I book Ryanair or similar.

Make sure you log in and change your details to opt out of the marketing bit otherwise you will get loads of mail and phone calls
