    Dear Customer,
    Thank you for applying for a Orange Cash prepaid MasterCard.
    In order to help process your application and post your card out to you we require further information.
    You need to post two documents from the table below to Orange Cash prepaid MasterCard, PO Box 3371, Swindon, SN5 7WJ
    Please provide one document from column A and B showing your current address. Bank statements, benefit letters or utility bills must be the originals and dated within 3 months.
    The documents must be from different columns and you can not use the same document twice.

    Never had any email like that, just the payment summary email. I would be very wary of providing these details!

    I received my card today - thanks for posting, crazyterrier2000 (and thanks also to payless for confirming the offer with a different link). :) Has anyone tried to activate theirs yet? Do you ask you to link it up to a bank account? I don't really want to do that, I just want to use it by topping it up.

    It does not ask u at all for bank details unless u upgrade it to fund it from bank account.

    Anyone had trouble with these? I got 2 cards, but instead of showing £5 available credit in each, they are showing £3. Where has the other £2 gone?!

    I am also trying to use these cards online for a small purchase, and it keeps saying that the card hasnt been authorised, although I did the activation yesterday.
