    Most of those jobs sound like no more than a job for a handyman. Ask the electrician, if he's a tradesman he might well know people in other trades.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.

    There are websites such as checkatrade.com and myhammer.com, however, they are simply advertising for trades people in the same way yellow pages is.

    If the jobs that need doing are only small you may be best asking your neighbours for recommendations. Also look at your local newsagents window for advertisments for handymen. Give them one job first and if they do it okay ask them to do others.
