Esa-non payment

I had to call esa yesterday as no payment went into my account. I've not been paid any esa since 11/4. The lady on the phone asked me if I'd applied for another benefit (which I haven't) or if my circumstances had changed (they haven't), she said they were waiting for a decision. I do not understand what any of this about, does anyone have an ideas what this could be?

Are you receiving the assessment rate or have you been assessed and put in a group?
I would call again and see if the advisor can give you some more useful information.

I'm on the full rate and in the wrag group. Somebody is supposed to be calling back today but I'm just intrigued as to what might be going on!
