    I am still technically waiting on mine, we ordered 2 to the same address one on my partners paypal which we received and mine which we havent had yet but the payment was taken. Will give them another week and then email them!

    Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

    I haven't had it yet, ordered two to the same address but with different names and cards, received one - so we'll see.

    I got my second one (one to work, one to home) yesterday. Again, blank envelope, poorly addressed and no note of who it was from!
    I have a new claim to fame :D I spoke about the Olympics ticket fiasco on Martin's daybreak slot :money:

    I'm *still* waiting for mine. I think it said that they would be sent out within 28 days from ordering. Anyone else still waiting? Time to email them, methinks.

    Did you order one or two?
    We ordered 2 (as mentioned above and got one) I emailed them and they said it was against their t&c's and would issue me a refund...still waiting. I would defo email them either way.

    Haven't been too impressed with the service but could have been worse. Good luck.

    Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

    I had the same issue, luckily it was my Paypal one that didn't get honoured so I raised a dispute and got my £1 back x
