I am still technically waiting on mine, we ordered 2 to the same address one on my partners paypal which we received and mine which we havent had yet but the payment was taken. Will give them another week and then email them!
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -

I'm *still* waiting for mine. I think it said that they would be sent out within 28 days from ordering. Anyone else still waiting? We ordered 2 (as mentioned above and got one) I emailed them and they said it was against their t&c's and would issue me a refund...still waiting. I would defo email them either way.
Haven't been too impressed with the service but could have been worse. Good luck.

I had the same issue, luckily it was my Paypal one that didn't get honoured so I raised a dispute and got my £1 back x0
