It did state on my invoice/receipt to allow 28 days for delivery of voucher; however i chased last week & they said they were hoping to post out by end of this week.

Just got the following;

As per the voucher,


'Your £5 gift voucher will be dispatched within 28 days'


therefore your voucher will be dispatched by the 7th June

Cutting it fine for the use by date really! Lets just hope it comes in time.

I have used Likebees a couple of times, the vouchers do take a long time to come (going on the Clarks voucher) but they do state 28days in the terms when you buy it.

They are very helpful though, always reply quickly if you contact them on FB or email - I got charged excess postage when they sent out Clarks voucher as they sent a free trolley token thing, they were very appologetic and credited my account with £5 straight away.

So hang in there, you should not be worrying about being ripped off

I sent an email asking if they had an expected dispatch date which was very friendly and got a very curt response;

As per T&C's your deal will be dispatched within 28 days.

That was it!!!

I know it is only a quid but I paid via Paypal so once it has gone a week over 28 days to allow time for RM to deliver if I haven't received it I will open a Paypal dispute - all the pounds add up!
