Ive looked on ebay and amazon and i only have around £25-£35

None of those will work because Dell don't use standard ATX supplies.

There are plenty of cheap chinese copies around the £30 mark on Google, but if you want genuine then it's Dell only I'm afraid.

Take a look at the PSU again, you won't get a standard ATX supply to fit because the screw holes will not line up.
Dell have done it for years so you have to buy from them at their prices.

Del did their own design for a number of years but not since about 2007 I think. That would include some of the Dimensions.
The pin configuration is different on the Dell bespoke PSU's mobo connector, it's not just the screw holes.
There are plenty of suppliers on eBay who will sell you a second hand Dell PSU, just search by part number.
