Im self employed when my tc renewal comes through im unsure as to what i give as my income. Do i give them what i made this year or my profit once my expenditure has been taken off?
I just want to make sure i do it right as dont want to end up owing them loads of money!!

You give them the same figure as you put on your tax return - i.e. your net profit (subtract your expenses from your takings).0 -
Oh my godness ive taken loads of extra courses this year so havent made much profit at all!! and as they go by last year theres about £2000 difference. Does that mean i may some money back from them?!!!0
