Neighbour dispute - fence posts erected in my garden

    Good result then.

    Actually - I think the biggest problem here was the fact that he had put the fence posts the "wrong" side of the fence (ie in law if someone puts up a fence between themselves and a neighbour - then they are supposed to have the ugly side their side - ie those fence posts).

    It's the tradition but I don't think there's anything in the law that stipulates it.
