    think someone else has said this before, I think it is. Have a look for the company details, if it says Kantar Operations, it is the same.

    I don't think they've ever done it before, as far as I can remember.

    Iv'e never had extra points for Easter,only for Christmas.

    I have found shop and scan to be a right pain. I wasn't able to transmit one week (I did it the next day) and I got three letters and a phone call asking why I hadn't althought it did say you could do it the next day, which I did. I realised after a few weeks I wasn't keeping up with all of the shopping so I decided to 'resign' in January and for the next month and a half I was plagued by phone calls and letters asking why I wasn't transmitting even though they confirmed later they had recieved my trasmitter! so it was obvious why I wasn't trasmitting. When they confirmed they had recieved it they said they had definatly removed me from the list and then I got a further three notices in one week!
    Personally I found this a nightmare I would much rather do surveys online and trial products, the customer services I found to be unreliable. This is just my experiance and if you have more time to offer them then give it a go but be warned if you miss a week you might be hounded...

    blimey another panel - how many have they got?

    i got my frst invite to the food diary this week. :) but its a bit scary how they link up what i have scanned and is"in my cupboard" with the diary - eek!
