    My barcodes didn't transmit on Sunday! I hear there was a problem with the website, could it have been to do with that?

    So annoying that I missed out on the points this week :(

    What is the petrol panel please? I already do shop and scan and have done the food diary in the past but didn't know there was a petrol panel too.

    Has anyone else redeemed their points for Amazon vouchers recently and then gone to Amazon to find out the code has already been used? Apparently they are aware of the problem but still let me exchange my points??! Really hope they give me my points back soon but considering they have a 'we won't exchange or refund for e-vouchers' policy i'm a bit worried that they won't :(

    I can't get on either. Tried a couple of times today. Can't get anything on the screen when I try.

    Think you have to wait for an invitation. I was doing Shop & Scan for well over a year before I got an invitation.

    I received an email saying they are having problems and you should use
    shopandscan.com/petrol.

    The shop and scan website says you need an invitation code, how do i get one, neewbie here any advice pls
