Check a couple of pages back on this thread (posts 1237 and 1239). I was in the same boat as you but it looks like there is an alternative.

Thanks for the reply, I have just priced up a holiday on the Travel by Inspire website and compared it to the same holiday booking direct with Thomas Cook:

14 nights at the Costa Calma Beach Resort in Fuerteventura, flying from Birmingham on 30 Jan 2013.

Thomas Cook - £1,446
Travel by Inspire - £1,538

Not worth booking through Travel by Inspire, if I use my vouchers I'll only save £8 compared to Thomas Cook

ive just started on shop and scan, ive got points for my receipts but unable to get my points for scanning barcode, because it wont let me send barcodes.
the clicker works as it should and drivers are installed everything working as it should, i go on explorer log in and try transmitting and it just keeps coming bak with transmission error 3.
the woman who rang on the phone was no use, as id already tried everything she had said, and been thru there help page and still no luck???
anyone had a TRANSMISSION ERROR 3 ?????

hi .
i get that quite alot....i just wiggle the usb connector in my comp and scanner, then it seems to work.
ive had to press the transmit button a few times aswell....then it worked

I think I would be tempted to email them about it as then they may forward it onto someone technical who knows how it works rather than just reading from a script.

Yes ive just tried doing everything all over again, i think im gonna give up for tonight and ring them in morning .. very puzzling!! lol

Can someone tell me how long it takes for the food diary comapny to send the vouchers. i sent my diary off before christmas with a reffereal and still not heard anything.

They normally only take about 2 weeks to arrive I did my diary then and recieved my vouchers at the beginning of January.
