have you tried clearing your cache and then uploading again? and silly question, but you are using Internet Explorer version 7 or above?

you don't have to scan your receipts, but I like the extra 500 each week, makes it quicker to get vouchers.

don't worry about your multibuy.

and if you find it easier just to scan the easy ones and leave the long ones.......

ah no! Vanny, you have to use IE, they have trouble with any other application! you can download IE into googlechrome, that is what I have done. then I just click on IE pic when I want to do shop and scan.

You only have to use IE to transmit the barcodes, I use Firefox on my Mac to upload the receipts.

i use IE fro everyday use , but i use chrome for shop and scan as i had problems when setting up and it was easier to use chrome.
